PLEASE NOTE: God's Word in 1 Thess. 5:23, 24 teaches us GOD"S PLAN and WILL for His children: FULL DELIVERANCE from ALL SIN in all forms and fashion, without the body and spirit. God also confirms His ability to perform it in verse 24 by saying to ALL: "FAITHFUL is He that calleth you, WHO ALSO WILL DO IT!"
In Luke 1:74, 75, Zacharias, the father of John the Baptist, prophesied concerning Jesus: "That He would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might SERVE [GOD] without fear in HOLINESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS before Him ALL the days of our life!"
SIN is the work of the devil--whether big sin or little sin! And Jesus was manifested to DESTROY the WORKS of the devil.
Clearly the Bible says; "we're more MORE than conquerors through Him that loved us" and "gave Himself for us!" "He is able also to save them to the UTTERMOST" and in the original this means COMPLETELY. (Romans 8:37; Hebrews 7:25; Titus 2:14
When Jesus takes us into His Kingdom, and delivers us from the kingdom of Satan, JESUS IS WELL ABLE to KEEP US FROM FALLING! Jude 24. If we are "DENYING UNGODLINESS and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world." Titus 2:12. Eph. 4:24 says, "that ye put on the NEW MAN, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
